Who is this course for?
This course is for professionals at any stage of their career who want more clarity about their purpose – whether you’re navigating a transition, feeling stuck, or simply ready to align your work with what matters most. You don’t need to have it figured out. That’s what we’re here to do together.

The course runs for 6 weeks and includes live group coaching sessions plus self-guided exercises between sessions. Plan for approximately 2–3 hours per week, including the live session and personal reflection time.

Life happens. Course content and teaching sessions will be recorded so you can catch up at your own pace. Live coaching sessions are not recorded to protect the privacy of all participants – and that’s also where the deepest work happens, so I encourage you to attend as many as possible.
Not at all. This course is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’ve worked with a coach before or this is your first experience, the frameworks and exercises are accessible and practical.
Career coaching typically focuses on strategy – resumes, interviews, job placement. This course goes deeper. We’re not optimizing your career; we’re clarifying what your career should be in service of. It’s purpose work, not job search support.
That’s exactly who this course is for. The process is designed to help you uncover what’s already there – not to impose an answer from outside. Most participants begin without clarity and leave with a sense of direction they can act on.

Absolutely. The course includes content that centers Highly Sensitive Professionals, and is designed with the awareness that purpose discovery can look and feel different for neurodiverse individuals. You’ll find a safe, reflective space that honors your experience. For ASD/Asperger’s professionals, I typically recommend beginning with 1:1 coaching, where we can tailor the process more closely to your needs. Feel free to reach out to explore the best fit.
