Common Questions

What does "leadership presence" actually mean?
Leadership presence is the ability to show up fully – grounded, self-aware, and attuned to the people and dynamics around you. It’s what makes people trust you, listen to you, and want to follow you. It’s not personality. It’s a set of capacities that can be developed.
The program runs for 12 weeks. Before each live session, you’ll watch a short pre-recorded video module on your own time. Every other week, you’ll attend a 90-minute live coaching session. On the weeks in between, there’s an optional 30-minute check-in call. Plan for about 2 hours on session weeks and 45 minutes on check-in weeks.
Most workshops deliver information in a single session. This is a 12-week coaching experience that builds skill over time. You absorb concepts through video modules at your own pace, then practice in live coaching sessions with real-time feedback. The bi-weekly format gives you space to apply what you’ve learned in real situations between sessions.
Not at all. This course is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’ve worked with a coach before or this is your first experience, the frameworks and exercises are accessible and practical.
Absolutely. Many participants are sponsored by their HR or L&D team. We’re happy to provide the information your organization needs. Individual standalone workshops are also available for teams and organizations. Contact us to learn more.
Teaching content will be recorded. Live coaching sessions are not recorded to protect everyone’s privacy – and that’s where the deepest work happens, so I encourage you to attend as many as possible.
Absolutely. The course is designed with HSP-inclusive facilitation throughout – including flexible participation options, built-in processing time, and content that frames sensitivity as a leadership strength. You’ll find a reflective, safe environment that honors how you process and engage.
