After six years of scaled-back work to focus on family, I’m returning more fully to my calling. Here’s the journey that led me from finance to coaching – and why purpose, leadership, and presence became my life’s work.
Following six years of scaled-back work to focus on family, I’m excited to return more fully to my God-given calling: professional coaching.
I spent the first decade of my career working in finance-related roles. However, I began to feel slowly unfulfilled, and experienced what I soon recognized as a quarter-life crisis.
I took a sabbatical with the intention of discovering my soul’s calling. It was one of the best decisions of my life. During that time, I interviewed my family and close friends, explored various assessments, and sought the wise counsel of my then priest, my husband’s pastor, and my coach.
After spending a year in prayer and contemplation, researching and exploring a few different career paths, coaching emerged – and I answered the call.
Today, I’m an executive coach and organizational psychologist. I help neurotypical, highly sensitive, and neurodivergent professionals expand their capacity, lead from their strengths, and enhance team productivity. I’m excited to collaborate with organizations and help their employees shine!
